A Cure for Gynophobia (PRIVATE Selena ONLY)

Vyraal was happily strolling in the park on a bright day. What's more, he hadn't seen a women yet. Yet. How Vyraal hated that word, especially now. H ewalked over to a newspaper stand and bought a newspaper. "Demons, rapings, sightings of incubus and succubus...the usual rubbish.." mumbled Vyraal to himself before crumpling the paper into a ball and tossing it behind him, hitting a boy cycling on a bicycle, causing him to scream and cycle straight into a fountain.

Vyraal took one look at the angry mother and ran for his life. That was completely an accident. When Vyraal looked backwards, the mother turned out to be some woman wearing some mumbo-jumbo clothes. Wait those are black mage clothes. "Godamn." mumbled Vyraal and hurled himself behind a tree. Then he looked back again. He heard the child crying and sobbing, his clothes drenched. Then he heard the mother comforting him, saying, "Now now don't cry, mummy chased away the bad guy with her long time Halloween Costume.."

Vyraal stared at the lady. She was not helping the child back on the bicyle. Then, growling slightly, he shot an arrow at the bicycle. Without waiting to see if the bicycle was destroyed, he ran into the forest. Vyraal did hear the sound of tearing clothes, but he didn't dare look back .Panting, he stopped, clutching a tree, grinning. He wondered what happened and felt a twang of guilt, but then again, the mother tricked him. Vyraal hoped they wouldn't be any girls in the forest, he didn't intend to run into a girl when he was this tired...

Selena pulled her dagger out of the oak and wiped the small beads of sweat off her forehead. She had spent the last two nights training rigorously in the forest and she couldn't be happier. She was among several bird like creatures that taught her things like Owl's Direction and Falcon's Sight. By spending time in here, Selena hoped to improve her skills with her daggers and maybe learn a thing or two. She took a glance at the oak tree and smiled pleasantly at the deep scars she had embedded onto the bark. She was getting better everyday at using her daggers. Recently she had started practicing throwing them in the case that she would have to face an opponent who uses ranged attacks. With one final look at the tree, Selena turned on the spot and headed to the clearing in the forest, where she had set up. When she found it, she immediately rummaged through her makeshift tent to find the picnic basket she had crammed with food, and other materials that she would need. "Dammit... there's no more food in here..." Selena really resented the fact that she would have to leave to get more food, but her attention was caught by something else.

Closing her eyes, Selena listened for she had heard a noise. "Who would be in the forest? And for what reason?" she whispered to herself. She heard footsteps. It was clearly someone running. From somebody? To somebody? Selena gripped her dagger, spread her wings, and jumped. When she caught some air, she flew to a tree and dropped on to one of the limbs. She folded her wings and they resumed their usual place under her white tee shirt. If it was a human, she surely did not want to have to fight because of her wings. The footsteps got louder, and suddenly he was there. Like she assumed, it was a human. Blond, green eyed, and looking positively scared out of his mind. Clearly he was running from somebody, but Selena caught eye of his bow and decided it was somebody dangerous. Either that or he committed something serious. Selena didn't care though. She hadn't talked to anybody in days, and was eager to find out what was wrong with the guy.

As the boy neared, Selena jumped down from her hiding spot to land about 3 feet from the boy. She feared he'd attack her, so she put her hands up, smiled sweetly and said "Hi!" She really hoped she hadn't startled him badly but continued anyways. "My name is Selena. Listen, I've been in the forest for two days now and I kinda ran out of food. Well I was going to go get more, but then you showed up." She paused. "So tell me..what were you running from?" she giggled. "You didn't do something bad, did you?" As she said this, she moved closer waiting for his reply.

With each advancing step the girl took Vyraal took steps backwards. This girl had just fell out of the tree? Vyraal didn't really hear what the girl was talking about. This girl just materialized out of thin air. Vyraal looked around for a way to escape, there seemed to be more trees then usual for some reason. Either that or Vyraal wasn't looking where he was walking.

"Food? DON'T EAT ME I DON'T TASTE GOOD!" yelled Vyraal. Then he thought for a while. Girls weren't supposed to be cannibals, were they? "Hmm..." mumbled Vyraal. He could use some food as well though. He looked around, wondering about their current situation. "Truth be told I need food too. Fine. We'll find some together. Be warned, if you come so much as more then three metres close and we'll split." said Vyraal.

Vyraal then turned, and walked into the forest. Maybe he could hunt some deers or something. He then heard some noises, and he slid behind a tree, pulling the girl named Selena behind him. They was dust rising somewhere in front of him. Now what was happening? thought Vyraal. Crouching, he moved forwards a little and saw a horde of centaurs galloping into the woods. "Do those taste good?" wondered Vyraal. The centaurs had dissapeared into the forest. "Do centaurs store food for the..err...winter? asked Vyraal foolishly.
