As mentioned previously, nothing godmoddy, nothing unfair or to powerful or anything that gives you the ability to metagame. Of course you can try to make it fair, though if it even slightly godmoddy it will not be approved.
Patience
You don't have to rush to get something up, the site isn't going anywhere, so take your time. If you do so you are more likely to get an easier approval which is what you want, to get your desired weapon/armor/item approved.
