As mentioned previously, nothing godmoddy, nothing unfair or to powerful or anything that gives you the ability to metagame. Of course you can try to make it fair, though if it even slightly godmoddy it will not be approved.
Plagiarism
Unless consent is given you aren't allowed to have the same ability as someone else, of course common things such as hearing, smell and eyesight don't count, but say for things that are extremely original do not attempt to have the same thing without consent.
Patience
You don't have to rush to get something up, the site isn't going anywhere, so take your time. If you do so you are more likely to get an easier approval which is what you want, to get your desired trait approved.
