Effect: Using mastery over wind creates a somewhat large tunnel of slicing wind's with one hand with his free hand once the opponent is swept up by the wind he shall use this hand to use thunder and strike the tunnel and as well having the one who is within the tunnel not only to be attacked by the slicing wind's but as well the thunder that shall be going through the tunnel about 4 bolt's encircling the tunnel going through usually while slinking through the air or on the ground. It is possible to dodge the tunnel at first though you have to be quick on your feet and as well if swept up by the tunnel most likely you have a very great chance of being hit by the wind though it is possible to evade the thunder within there if you move the correct way with the Wind. The way this move ends is that the same hand he used to call the tunnel with in the first place he shall use to send the tunnel crashing down to the ground. Can deal up to moderate or possibly some huge damage on the enemy depending on how they were within the tunnel at the time.

History: Once more another tech he had learned after taking out his father, and finally began to train how he had seen fit however most likely the training was much worse then what he was put through. Also the same way he came up with this one was that he simply working on creating a tunnel of wind once more acidentally added thunder to the mix then simply deicided to keep it like this rather using simply a tunnel.

As in when the slinky goes down and up, how many bolts per.

Its pretty much four that orginally come out going in and out of the tunnel following some pattern's of the wind, last one cant be said since he controlling it usually about five times though since it's only one post.
