Name: Cimmerian Leech

Effect:

Seemingly a cloud comes out of his body though this is a million of microscopic
leeches that seem to form this, which is a fog that is spread out within a 12 foot
radius of the caster. If the person is hit then the leeches go off into their skin.
This leech’s causes 10 MP worth of damage to the person every time the victim cast's
anything that involves MP, but in order for them to receive the damage then the
caster (of this spell) must pay ten of their MP every time the victim of this spell
casts anything with MP in order to keep it in effect. If he stops even once then the ability
is done with and he must recast the leeches before paying this ability again.

Victim gained.
Victim uses a spell.
Leeches cause 10 MP worth of damage
Drakel loses 10 MP
Victim uses a spell x2
Drakel Loses 10 MP, doesn’t pay for the second time.
Leeches disappear.
Former Host casts a spell.
Leeches have no effect since they disintegrated
Drakel must recast to set the leeches in a possible hosts’ body.

If he misses though there is another effect that it has. The Leeches will then stay out
in that twelve foot radius and will not attack the enemy, even if, they enter the leeches.
The only time the leeches would react from there on is if the enemy attacks the caster
of the spell, in which the leeches will all concentrate together to block a physical attack.
They can only block a certain amount of attacks though, the maximum amount being five
before they disappear from the area they had inhabited.

History:

Of course he was training, after all that’s all he ever did as a child as you
would be able to tell by the character history. Upon training he used this, in a
more complicated type of mannerism in which he didn’t use for space, but this
also caused physical damage unlike his illusion spell which only made them
feel like they had wounds though they didn’t. This was probably the spell that
took the longest to master than the other ones that he had created with help
beforehand. This used a lot of creativity though most of its concept was derived
from natural occurrences in nature.
