Weapons & Fighting Style: Red's choice weapon is a baseball bat, or other blunt object. He doesn't know any specific fighting style, but makes it up as he goes along. Also, a fair magician, but most of his spells are not used offensively. Prefers to use defensive or supporting magic, and fight offensively with melee. His elements reflect his choice of using less offensive spells, metal for support and defense, reflect being defense obviously, and sound being support/used to upset opponents.
Personality: Red's a generally friendly guy, but a bit too trusting in strangers. He isn't a great judge of character, and tends not to think before speaking. He's also very optimistic, and doesn't pick fights well. Due to an incident in his past, he has little trust for demons, good or bad. Red's somewhat overconfident of his own abilities, and often underestimates opponents. He's rarely serious when fighting, unless it's an evil demon or the like. He likes to talk a lot during battles, often annoying his foes.
Appearance: Red is young-looking man with dark hair and the beginnings of a beard. He's got light-brownish eyes. he usually wears a black jacket over a purple long-sleeve shirt, with black slacks and loafers. He also wears a belt, and chain attached to his slacks. He does dress for the weather though, wearing less in hotter climates, or covering up heavily in the cold. He usually carries his metal bat around with him. Red almost always wears his signature baseball cap, which has the symbol of his hometown baseball team on the front..
Strengths: He's a heavy-hitter, making powerful swings with his bat that are difficult to block. Also uses a variety of defensive/support spells.
Weaknesses: Has no specific fighting style, so characters with more discipline are more likely to beat him in melee. Red is also pretty slow, in both movement speed and fighting speed. Also a poor judge of character, gullible, and is too trusting of people he doesn't know. Also overconfident, etc.
History: Red Bridges was raised in a minuscule town in the Ozarks. During the day, his mother ran a small gas station. He played for a local baseball team through school, which was coached by his father. After graduating high school, he started to work the night shift at his family's gas station. His family couldn't afford television, so they got the news about the demons far too late. Red, wondering why his mother hadn't shown up that morning, he locked up the station and, taking his bat with him, ran home, to find his home burning to the ground. His father, who'd later came limping out of the surrounding woods by himself, explained to Red that his mother had been brutally killed, while his father had attempted to fight them off. After carrying his wounded father to a small hospital in a neighboring town, he said goodbye to his father, and set off alone with his bat to do he could to combat the demonic presence. He later began to study into magic, wanting to use it to protect good people. He currently travels about on bicycle, hunting demons and generally evil things with his bat. Despite his mother's death, he still has an optimistic outlook on life, and doesn't understand why some people can be so miserable.
