Requires Vyraal to have his ShatterBow equipped.
Effect: The normal arrows that Vyraal fire are enhanced with ice, the arrows will move slower then a normal arrow but can deal two times more damage, but the arrows move at half the speed of a normal arrow.
History: Vyraal soon found out his bow could "conduct" his ice abilities. He used this to his advantage, and coated his arrows with ice, so that they would do more damage (and become slower as well...)
