Effect: By controling wind Mattox can build up air pressure in two places:
Thumb:
By building up so much pressure between his index finger and thumb, when Mattox thrusts his index finger down it ignites his thumb in flame, making a small match. It is used primarily to light molotov's, fuses etc.
Arm:
By sliding his hand down his arm Mattox launches flames one foot out from his hand. If hit it deals first degree burns.

History: Mattox had been playing with fire element and discovered he could do this with slight friction. These are the first two stages of his lighter themed spells.

Residence: Europe

So, he just puts his arm/thumb on fire?

And how does wind do this? I'd understand lightning giving a small spark and then the wind using oxygen to spread that spark around to create fire. But it still isn't in your elemental list anyway, so no go there with the creating fire.

Its unneccisary, i will make fire an element, if you dont mind, but it will be the exact same thing, just fire as the element.

With the thumb thats what he does, with his arm he flings a small flame.
