| Does the percentages stack? Like, you hit them once its 40% you hit them twice its another 40% making it an 80% total? | |

| Okay. What's the maximum it can slow someone down by? Because...slowing them 100% makes them go at a complete stand still.
How much damage does the lightning do to the body? | |

| Okay. What happens if the opponent only hit them slightly? As in not a direct blow and it only like does the equivalent to a scrape to them, does this still have the same effect on the opponent? | |

| By lowering the percentage you mean, that the max is 45% for the speed restriction, or the total gets reduced to 35% per bullet hitting them, or that they are just slowed down by 5% instead of the forty? | |

| So let me get this straight.
---Highest percentage that someone can be slowed down by is 50% --It does High damage to the victim if hit directly. -If it hits them indirectly they only get a 5% speed reduction.
Is that all correct?
If so, how much damage does the lightning due if they were hit indirectly with it? | |

Okay, is all that correct?
If so, what if your bullet skins someone, and then keeps going and skins someone else, would the effect still be active or would it go away the first time it hits someone? | |

That isn't going to be for only 20 MP. Up that cost by A lot. and edit the above into it so it makes sense. (Just add it in don't remove what you already have). | |
